How this calculator works
This estimator combines five Q2 2026 inputs into an indicative panel-only PKR band: core thickness (50–150 mm), facing gauge or material, panel length, order quantity (in m² or sqft), and delivery zone. Base PKR per m² per thickness is anchored to public Pakistan market data — Silver Steel and Golden Steel's published PU sandwich panel pricing, reverse-converted OLX Pakistan listings, and an IndiaMART India floor reference — with a steel-coil cost build (PPGI ≈ Rs 197,000 per ton + PIR foam ≈ Rs 600 per kg + 35% manufacturing and margin) as a sanity check. Izhar's premium positioning at market median +15-18% is justified by FireSafe PIR's specification: B1 fire class, λ 0.022 W/m·K declared aged value (BS EN 14509), and eco-pentane blowing agent (zero ODP, no HCFC-141b).
Facing multipliers reflect industry-standard delta — 0.4 mm light at 0.92×, standard 0.5 mm at 1.00×, 0.6 mm heavy at 1.10×, Galvalume corrosion-resistant at 1.12×, food-grade certified at 1.18×. Length multipliers reward jointless installation — 12 ft baseline, 25 ft +4%, 40 ft +8%, 50 ft +15%. Volume discounts apply at 200 m² (3%), 1,000 m² (6%), and 5,000+ m² (10%) — confirmed at quote. Freight per m² for delivery outside Lahore is linear-approximated: Punjab intercity Rs 150, Karachi/Islamabad Rs 350, KPK/Balochistan Rs 450.
